Personal Training Fees
Clients either have sessions multiple times each wk, once each wk, once every two weeks or once a month.
Session Rates
(flexible to fit your schedule)
1 hour sessions is $47.50+GST for individuals.
1 Hour session is $55+GST for married/couples.
1 hour session is $60+GST for two people.
1 Hour session is $70+GST for three people.
Monthly sessions are 1 1/2 hrs long and are $75+GST for individuals.
1 Hour Small Group Training sessions are $20+GST/person.
Payment Terms
Clients can pay by cash or cheque at each individual session ( the above rates apply) or they take out an agreement with us for a 3 or 12 month period or choose a package (bottom of the page).

The fees for the agreement are in the table below, they are on a sliding scale depending on the amount of sessions per week that are reserved.
For example if a client chose the 3 month agreement at 2 sessions per week the fee would be a bi-weekly payment of $185.50+GST for 6 payments.
